If that's the case then CR misled all of us with there first report on the Tundra and we should all get together and file a class-action lawsuit againest them for fraud.
Whether it's true or not doesn't matter, but since this report is reported by someone like CR and a lot of people take things at face value without taking some time to do a little research for themselves, the backlash is likely to hurt future sales of the Tundra and the future resale value.
