Thats a good question. I dont know how familiar you are with Toyota motors but on the 4.0L V-6 in the new Tacomas and 4Runners the oil filter is on top the motor on the drivers side. You want to talk about easy, the oil drain plug can be accessed via a trap door in the skid plate. I can literally change my oil in my 4Runner in like 10 minutes without ever getting a drop of oil on anything. Genius I say....genius! But I dont determine whether or not to buy a vehicle by how easy it is to change oil in it, it is a perk though when you get one that makes it easy.
