I happen to think they're spot on with many of their comments -- i.e. the 3 jittery ride, 4 poor gas mileage, 5 rough TRD package, 6 strong acceleration, 7 no full-time 4WD, impressive tailgate...

1. I don't care how they work, when they are wrong I call BS.
2. They may be non profit, but if they don't have an agenda they don't have a purpose. I go to work every day with an agenda - earn money to support my family. I volunteer at my church with an agenda to advance the kingdom of the lord. They have an agenda too, but it may not always be what it seems.
3 The ride is great. If they are referring to the bed bounce issue then they should say it or shut up.
4 poor compared to what, a Prius? If they have another vehicle that can seat 6, haul a half a ton and pull 5 more while getting better mileage then tell us what it is and I'll trade mine ASAP.
5 The TRD is not "rough" it is FIRM. If it was a luxury package then it should be smooth, but since it is a toyota RACING developement package it should be FIRM. If they didn't like then they should have asked for one with out it like I did.
6. Maybe the real reason they down rated it. Too much power and it has to be destroying the atmosphere and raping the planet in some way. but it still gets the best real world mileage of any half ton and is rated ulevII.
7. Stupid reason to down rate a truck. In the real world having a simple rugged transfer case that does what you tell it is a good thing.
8. No whining going on here. Just some enthusiasts seeing a vehicle that they like trashed for poor reasons and trying to apply logic to it.
