5 The TRD is not "rough" it is FIRM. If it was a luxury package then it should be smooth, but since it is a toyota RACING developement package it should be FIRM. If they didn't like then they should have asked for one with out it like I did.

They tried them both. I agree they're both bad, but the TRD has an even worse ride...

The competition has better EPA ratings, e.g. Silverado, which will only get better once they have the 6-speed...

I think they're good reasons - I just wonder if they have enough data yet to make a reliability conclusion - however the ride issues are serious.
