What facts does he need to get straight.

I know Ford did not replace the engine in my mustang without me filing a lawsuite against them. Their stance was for me to go pound sand. After filing, they decided to take care of the defect.
I know a person who had spent a good many years as a service manager for a GM dealer. Last time I saw him he was now working at the Toyota dealership. Surprised, I asked him why he changed dealerships. He replied that it was a constant nightmare with warranty issues between GM and the customers. He found the job at the Toyota dealer quite relaxing because when customers had warranty problems Toyota took care of it.
