Default Re: Transmission Fault Identified?

I now believe we are all being lied to..... by Toyota. I finally heard back from Salvador via voice message at my home number while I am at work. I suppose he doesn't really want to talk to me cause he knows the information he left really ticked me off.
Here goes......
I am on my second go around with tranny swap. Dealer has had my truck since Tues last week. I have been asking about new vs reman since the first tranny replacement. SM insisted that Toyota didn't have the number o trannys available yet (AKA cores) to do remanufactures. So I would definetely get a new tranny. Well, The first tranny turns out was in fact a reman. Fast forward to today. I had been insisting that Salvador(Toyota National Customer Relations) find out for certain the build date of this next transmission and confirm it was in fact brand new. He had explained on my first talk with him the same story SM gave. Reman program would have brandnew fresh units until sufficient numbers to rebuild filtered into the system.
Anyway, the message today is that the transmission I now have is indeed a reman but he says it has completely new internals and is the most up to date version available in the reman program. Only the casing is used. Well, I tell you I am not a happy camper. A brand spankin new $38k truck with a rebuilt tranny. Bull !!!!
In the mean time Salvador says, the full extended warranty is on the table but won't move forward with it until he knows I am satisfied with the repairs.
Things get worse. The dealer flattened my left rear and ordered a replacement on Tues last week for next day delivery. Tranny was finished on Friday. Monday they report the tire is due in on Tues this week. What happened to last week. Tues rolls around and Dealer says the shipment got redirected to Md. by FedEX... What?????
No word all day today until almost 5pm. I've called and left messages several times. Customer care person calls to say that my tire replacement is delayed until tomorrow because when they went to change the tire they broke the pressure sensor. New one is due in tomorrow. I think they wrecked my custom LTI 20" wheel removing the tire last week and had to order a new one. Tough to do since the LTI wheel is part of the XSP package only available in SET. New wheel shows up with out press. sensor so they have to order one to fit?
Really everyone.. Give me a sanity check. I've been without my truck for over two weeks and my trust level is at an all time low. How hard do you think it is to order a 285/55/20 BFG AT KO? Should be readily available.
End of the Story.... Good luck getting a brand new transmission. I'm betting they are all remanufactured units Toyota considers new because the internals are all new.
