What facts does he need to get straight.

I know Ford did not replace the engine in my mustang without me filing a lawsuite against them. Their stance was for me to go pound sand. After filing, they decided to take care of the defect.
I realize transmissions and seat covers are two totally different things, that's pretty obvious. I was just pointing out that IMO the big 3 do a good job taking care of their customers, but all you here is people who probably never owned one, make claims of their crappy service. A TSB where a customer can get their seat covers changed under warranty because the new ones attract too much lint, are you kidding me? That doesn't sound like crappy service coverage to me.
