Default Re: Post your 100K, 200K or 300K(!) miles T100

Ok, check this one. 1997 Toyota T100, extra cab 2x4. 312k and still runs like a top! And I have to admit, I'm not the best for "scheduled maintenance, so it's missed a few appointments. It went thru the first 100k on toyota maintanance by the shop, but after that, I've done it all. Thing is, I have not had to do much of anything. Had the timing belt replaced at 160k, first brake job was self-done at 169k, (by me) - front brakes only, back ones are STILL original. Only since 300k have I had to do anything much to it. Had to replace the first light bulb (front left parking light) around 300k, and just today replaced all 3 belts (first time - they were still in one piece and no slipping, squealing, etc - just making me nervous). I checked thru all the hoses and things while under the hood, and they all still look ok. Has a slight rear main seal oil leak, but only put in a quart about every 3000, so not worth dealing with. And I replaced the shocks last weekend. I have no intention of getting rid of it anytime soon - it's bulletproof and better than anything on the road today I can think of!
