You realize that would create a 6" gap between the bed and cab?

The length difference between the CrewMax cab and DoubleCab is about 12". The bed difference between a long bed and a short bed is 18".

Now if someone wanted to extend the short bed to a 7' footer that would work, but its not a simple swap.
