I know it may be apples and oranges, but my camry's nav will sometimes hold 10v whiles sitting still, and other times it will have 0v while sttionary. While crawling along it gives slow pulses from 1v to 10v, and above 2 mph, the pulses are extremly fast with the voltage staying around 10v.

I am not sure what the conditions are for it to decide if the voltage should be 0v or 10v while stopped.
