Where did you come up with that "6500" ???
Here's what is on the Toyota site..
Toyota Tacoma Truck - 2008 Performance & Specifications
It says, "Maximum towing capacity
3500 lb."
The Honda Ridgeline says, "
5,000-lb. towing capacity (with towing package)"
FWIW... the
Tundra long bed V6 is also rated for
5,000 lb.
AND ...the Ridgeway tailgate has a
300-lb. dynamic load capacity
I would rather have the Ridgeline over the Tacoma... I think it's a better deal..
