I fixed mine with a right door window motor off
ebay. I took the gear out of the old rear window and replaced it with the salvaged one I got off
ebay and works great! Really wasn't difficult at all. Had I been thinking I would have taken pictures of the step by step process, but it really wasn't difficult at all.
