The RIV Explanations section states any vehicle built after September 1, 2007 must be equipped with immobilizer meeting CMVSS 114. The RIV states that aftermarket immobilizers meeting CMVSS 114 are acceptable but the caution that manufacturers warranty may be voided as a result.

Stuball, do you think you comply??

How will Toyota corporate ship any of these vehicles to Canada without meeting this requirements??

Looks like I'm in the same boat now as well, I just put a downpayment on an 08 Tundra as well.
