In Post #15 of the Thread titled: 2008 RIV List - Import Risk Assessment you will find info a member posted regarding his phone conversation with Toyota USA. I don't know if there has been any changes between the 2007 & 2008 regarding immobilizers. However, as long as an auto manufacturer won't advise RIV if their vehicles are admissible then RIV would have to exclude them from the list. Myself, I believe they are CMSSV-114 compliant but Toyota won't tell RIV that.
