Default Re: FLOWMASTER #17443 cat back installed

I think shipping was around $65. Not sure if that would vary by state or not. Everything was packed well. The muffler was in a separate box and had styrofoam or something like that around it. The pipes were in box 2 with a small amount of packaging materials. The tips and hardware were in a small box located with the pipes. I had no damage whatsoever to anything. The pipe box did rattle a lot and made me nervous when i moved it to the garage but nothing was hurt. I had a JBA on the truck and had lost some low end torque but immediately noticed a stock like throttle response with the flowmaster. I get little or no drone between 65-75 but the rpms are around 2k but if you tow a lot that could be a different story. Flowmaster does have a hushpower resonator that may work with this system. You could check with them to make sure it would work just in case you got it and the drone was too loud. I can say this, the drone is no worse than the TRD exhaust. I drove a crew max with the factory TRD exhaust before I bought the flowmaster and the flowmaster is louder outside but with better drone control -- IMO.
