I am not worried about voiding the warranty either.
If I burn something up, then it is my fault, and not Toyota's and I should be responsible for fixing it.
But If my transmission goes out, and they think it is because I cut a wire going to my radio, then they will have one heck of a fight on their hands.
It all boils down to responsibility. I am responsible for my actions, and I expect others to take responsibility for their actions.
