They did not replace my VSC computer. They told me "reprogrammed", but I am thinking they either 1.) Re-calibrated or 2.) Simply reset the codes.

I was charged about $70, basically for an hour labor to run the diagnostic and do the "reprogram".

On the bill, the service stated:

"D26 Code 1231 Steering Angle Sensor / VSC computer. If lights come on again, ECU needs replaced."

Sounds like none of these dealers know how to accurately diagnose these lights.
