Just how cold does the cold air coming into the intake have to be to be considered COLD?
I have a ScanGuage II installed and on the engine, I have the AEM Brute Force Intake. During stop and go traffic, my intake air temp (according to the ScanGuage) goes up but never within 70' of the water temp. On the Interstate, the IA is about 2' cooler than the outside air.
So... does the cold air intake work or not? Dyno? Haven't found one in my area.
