I have the same problem and took the step of removing my seat and looking at it on workbench. The noise is emanating from the backrest pivot area on my seat.

Seat is manual cloth bench.

I tried all seat adjustments in hopes of getting it to stop prior to pulling the seat but no dice.

Gleagle Tundra, if the dealer fixes the pop without replacing the seat, find out what they did and post here if you can.
