The MSRP is set by the manufacturer, the Toyota.com website lists MSRP, the sticker at the dealer has MSRP, and maybe a dealer add-on sticker, the buyer pays whatever the dealer and buyer agree to, whether it's $1 total cost, or $10k over MSRP. That's the facts.

It would really help if you would spend time reading over your post before you post it, as most of your writing doesn't make any sense. For instance: "Im saying what is quoted on the website does mean idealy really what it's going to be at the lot's."
