I haven't heard anything like that, but then we only have 350 miles on it. I'm getting used to the engine starting and stopping without direct input from me. Kind of weird, at first, but I love the quiet operation of the car, overall.

Good luck with your issue. I'll keep it in mind and if ours starts doing it, I'll chime back in.
