Speaking to the local custom muffler shop. They have done several Tundras
lately. They strongly voted against going to a dual 3". They said I'd gain
minimal HP and lose considerable Torque from what they've encountered and
tested so far.
Of the two solutions, I'm leaning toward the 2.25" dual in/dual out which should far outbreathe the factory OEM single pipe, yet maintain a decent amount of backpressure when compared to any catback systems.
