hey guys. i am a poor college student who just cant afford exhaust right now. i have a TRD dc with the single exit with a tip. I dont know if its the "TRD exhaust" or not cause it does not have the emblem on the tip, but like I said the truck is a TRD.
I really like look and sound of dumped exhaust on my previous trucks. i was thinking about going to my shop and moving the rear exhaust hanger (directly over the axle) a couple of inches back and cutting the stock pipe right after the axle bend and reinstalling the stock tip facing at an angle towards the ground.
i think the sound will be a little throatier which is great and of course will have the more resonance under the bed, but will I lose torque even by cutting this little bit of extra back pressure off??
