Hello everyone, i have run into this issue the second time in a month, my first time i had this issue i had a locksmith come out and fix what ever was wrong, i would insert my key and thats all i could do, it will not rotate, today 2-3weeks after the repair i ran into this issue again and had AAA come out and the tech tried to get it to turn and after inserting it and tapping on the key inward after fully inserting it, the key turned. Have you checked to make sure your "park" interlock switch is intact? IIRC, the ignition is set up so that you can not turn the key if it is not in Park (or maybe neutral too?). Anyway, try wiggling the shifter when you are turning the key, maybe the interlock is not quite getting switched by the tranny shifter. Also, try turning the steering wheel back and forth a smidge, while turning the key, in case there is pressure on the steering wheel lock causing it to bind.
