I just had my brakes done in the front because I started to get the pulsating when stopping at highway speeds. I did not know about the TSB nor did the dealer mention it! The cost was $300. with parts (pads, kit and turn rotors). Not knowing about the TSB ,did I get screwed? Whats my next move. BTW what is a TSB? Is this a full blown recall? My truck only has 28000 miles.
