My truck only has 28000 miles. deserttoy

TSB is a Technical Service Bulletin. Your brake job probably should have been under warranty. Try this telephone number for more info, and if you don't get the answer that you get your money back and the new brake TSB performed for you, keep trying 1-800-GO TOYOTA

Anybody know a better contact?
