He could run 285s without a lift if he get 2" spacers but that would be silly unless he is gonna stay on the street. Effectively 2.5" or greater would be ideal. bsp should be 4.5" or less 3.75" - 4" is ideal......... OR YOU CAN SEARCH like I did and you'll find a million sposts that say the same thing
oh and if lifting a 4x4 search for CV boot mod and differential drop.

Dude, what are you getting so mad about? It's just a forum full of guys talking about the thing were ALL passionate about, our trucks. If I took every response to my posts personal, I'd spend all my time trying to retaliate instead of giving out some valuable information.
I'm going to politely bow out of this conversation with you, which is not going to do anyone any good, and is not helping the guy who originally asked a simple question about his truck.
artyman1200, I apologize for this show of immaturity. I should have never hijacked your thread in the first place to respond to someone that clearly knows WAY more than me. Rest assured that the majority of our members here are more than happy to help with anything you might want to know about. Please feel free to continue to ask,
as many questions as you like, with or without searching. I personally would be more than happy to help you out.
