Also tried 500 lbs of weight in the bed...but still unacceptable. The shaking was so bad I could not even use my cell phone. Dealer was great but Toyota was unresponsive. This is the end of the line for my allegiance to Toyota. I have purchased over 12 Toyota's over the past few years but will now shop for other brands prior to my purchase. I cannot trust Toyota as I had in the past.
I love my new Honda....rides and handles beautifully. The trunk under the bed is an added bonus.
Maybe I will return to a Tundra if I have future need to pull a mobil home up a mountain.

Can't blame you at all.
I'm in the same boat as a long-time multiple owner of Toyotas.
But I'm not with you on the Honda. I'd rather walk than drive a Honda.
