AAArrggghhhh
Local Tire shop can't mount 18" tires on Tundra Rims.
Now I'm driving around with 4 nice new BFG A/T KO's in the back of my truck, where they won't do me any damn good, except maybe as extra weight. And I waited like 2 weeks to get the tires picked out, ordered, delivered, bring my truck to the shop to have the work done. .
Actually there are 4 or 5 local tire dealers, and all of them can't mount my tires on my wheels. Even the shop that can mount big rig tires can't do this, I don't understand why, something about the alloy wheels or some such. So now I have to drive into the "big city" and have it done.
Anyone else have this problem? 'Cause misery loves company. . .
