WOW! You really made it sound like I have no balls! There's more to the story. We've been together 6 years now and we'll be married in May. Prior to the new Camry, she drove an 88 Camry with well over 200,000 miles. While the engine ran strong as ever, many other components started failing and it became a money pit. She was also hit by an uninsured driver who had no assets except his pos hooptie. I rebuilt the front clip myself with junkyard parts and painted it. Whenever something failed, guess who had to fix it? It also had some suspension issues, limited safety features (no airbags or stability control, etc.) and I wanted her in something safer and more reliable for my peace of mind, so I co-signed for her and have made the first few payments. She recently finished grad school, so she'll take over payments very soon.

You sound like your going into your marriage with one foot in and one foot out. If you're confident enough in your relationship to marry her, why wouldn't you do the same?
