I've only done a few mods, but the Hellwig was the first. It's been on more than a year, 10K miles with no trouble. The nuts are rusted tight thanks to good ol' WI road salt.
I ordered directly from Nancy at Hellwig. The box arrived in bad shape with holes in it, but everything was there. Some low profile tires would take it to the next level, but it's still a big improvement. Here's a pic from last year:
