I signed my contract for a '08 Platinum Sequoia at $1000 over factory invoice (no additional nonsense added to the tab) during the first week of the vehicle's launch. This price was $5250 off MSRP. It may be possible to get a Platinum for $500 over however I think it is still unlikely this close to the launch.

I've heard others talk about dealers offering less than $1000 over invoice however I'm not sure I believe its for real. I have yet to read anyone that has signed a contract for a Platinum for $500 Over. Platinums may be a challenge to get a lower deal since Toyota is only planning to make 10% of the sequoia as a Platinum. I'm curious if anyone has add success in negotiating a Platinum for $500 over invoice or better?
