Nippon Oil doesn't appear to make a passenger car engine oil:

For years corporate Toyota has advised owners against using synthetic oil until after the first oil change. Therefore it makes no sense that Toyota would use a full synthetic as the factory fill in the 2007 Tundra 5.7 engine
