But Vortex Now has the HIGH pressure system at least the guy who shot mine did. And how come Line-X cant shoot under the lip of the rail?? Don't get me wrong I have had a Line-X liner. But after seeing other liners out there just as good and cheaper I don't think I'll be back. They All have Flaws it just who will be honest and fix their mistakes....
I'll answer your questions as well as provide other useful information:

High pressure/low pressure has nothing to do with thickness or whether or not the dealer can shoot "under the lip". Low pressure bedliners (typically 100 psi or less) tend to have a "gouped on" or cottage cheese look. High pressure bedliners (typically 1,500 psi to 2,000 psi) have a much more uniform and much finer texture. Typically, high pressure products also heat the product to about 130 degrees. High pressure with heat also provides superior adhesion. Last year, Rhino slightly modified two of their existing products so that they could be applied using heat/high pressure. Toff, another major player in the market, has also switched to high pressure. The Nissan Titan factory bedliner (by PPG) is high pressure. And, there are others.

LINE-X dealers can shoot under the lip.

Vortex does not have a high pressure product. They buy their bedliner chemicals from from Kott Koatings and they still are buying the same stuff. The Vortex patented portable machine sprays at 8 psi.

LINE-X has a written nationwide lifetime warranty, Vortex does not. Vortex does not have a product like LINE-X Xtra, however they do have an optional KV-40 topcoat.
