If you modified your intake, than you will hear the whistling noise from the passenger door/fender area. Just your door is from door handles. Under dash is you AC/Air circulation unit. Engine bay is probably whistling from your bumper or grill. I think everyone is familiar with the whistling from the windshield edge as it is usually mistaken for side mirrors. Although on a truck with large mirrors, you can hear the wind make gushing noises from the side mirrors.
There is a really nice stretch of new blacktop on the 22fwy and you can hear every little squeak, rattle, and roll from the truck.
