I have the same exact noise - not from the mirrors, radio, door handles or other common locations. It comes from underneath the dash and varies with throttle angle. The dealer of course could not find the problem. Most of the techs couldn't even hear it because they are deaf from running their airtools all day long. I'll probably start pulling things apart myself - screw the warranty.

I'm not suprised that they couldn't hear it, I think I'm just super sensitive to it now. It is really high pitched and with the radio on it covers it up well. But I am convinced it has something to do with the gas pedal angle because all i have to do is vary it either in or out a tiny bit more and it's gone. Damn drive by wire systems. At least I'm assuming it is DBW.
