The dealer of course could not find the problem. Most of the techs couldn't even hear it because they are deaf from running their airtools all day long. I'll probably start pulling things apart myself - screw the warranty.

Mine definitely varies with the throttle. I'm taking mine in for service here shortly, all I can do is ask the techs.....Wish me luck.
