You could tackle it yourself if you know how to use a socket set. No Lie, its all bolt on.

My opinion though is to get a Flowmaster or Magnaflow custom setup at a local shop. It will all be welded, and you will save about 1000. My set up (flowmaster 70 dual in and out with 3.5 inch x22inch tips) was $400. I know some others have gotten similar for high 200s, low 300s. Depends on your area. Same end result, a kick *** sounding truck, and your wallet is fatter.

Edit: saw that dyno, it is only a range of 770rpm. WTF? That is ridiculous. When is the last time you really got it over 4.5k? Unless you mash the gas its not going to do that. Down low is what matters.
