If you got moisture inside the light you really should take it apart again and then put it back together, but make sure to really put a good amount of sealant on it. I can't stress that enough here. The most common problems with this mod that people have are A) melting because they didn't realize their oven wasn't actually at the right temp or because of bad housing placement inside the oven, and B) not sealing up the housing properly when putting it back together and they get moisture.

Both of those issues can be easily avoided by taking a couple of extra minutes and double checking a couple of things.

Like I said, I think you should take it back apart, so bake it again, and then put it back together immediately after pulling it apart but make sure to put more sealant around the housing. We're talking something that should take about half an hour altogether for both lights. And I mean seriously as soon as you pull them out of the oven and get them apart, just put some more sealant around the channel and put it back together immediately, while the original sealant is still gooey enough for you to reassemble.

As far as other headlights being modded: I have modded a pair of Tacos, about 3 new model Tundras, and my old 07 F150. I feel that as long as there is an area to paint and the headlight has the crystal clear lens, then this mod can be performed on it. The only differences will be how you take it out of the vehicle, generally speaking. The time in the oven should be about the same as this grade of sealant is pretty standard in auto manufacturing.
