It just sounds to me like the computer needs alittle reprogramming to move around the shift points alittle and add some logic to its thinking. btw hope I'm not really repeating stuff....I did the lazy thing and didn't read all the posts
Mine doesn't shift into 5th gear until 49-50 mph.

If I slow down to 40, with a little gas it will start to lug.

Just a touch for pedal and the torque converter will unlock or shift into 4th without any problem and accelerate.

Hard to believe they have screwed up the programming in the later builds.
