So, anyone install theirs yet? Whats the word?

I'm curious if there is a disable switch for anytime you do not want the steps to deploy. Say.......4 wheelin and you get stuck and do not want your $1300 steps to come down on the rocks, sand, mud, or any other time there is not enough clearance for them to extend etc... or for any other reason.
