Default Re: How many of you getting 2008s @ invoice - cust cashback?

So now we are getting down to the real deal.

I just got a copy of the "invoice" and it includes the following items:

- Vehicle base model
- Accessories added (factory or port installed)
- Destination charge
- TDA
- Gasoline
- Dealer Holdback
- Whsl Financial Reserve

So it really gets down to how invoice is defined by the dealer/buyer.

What is TDA?

Are TDA/Holdback/Wholesale Financial reserve items that give the dealer a further profit cushion between what they truly pay for the car and the total "invoice" and therefore additional dollar amounts that could be treated as profit margin that is negotiable by the buyer?

Thanks for any further input you can provide.
