One thing. If I put the parking brake on and then turn on the truck the DRLs are still on. Did I wire something wrong or does this feature not work. Not concerned unless I have a loose wire somewhere or the job isn't grounded properly.

No you do not have any loose wires or problems with your installation. I intentionally did not address all the parking brake function in the design. While I could have, the complexity of the installation would have gone up significantly, requiring two more relays.
I felt leaving this out would not be a big issue for most people, and would keep the installation as simple as possible.
