I feel your pain. I've currently got a 5.7 DC TRD, which I love, of course. BUT it's not 4X4, which I now *really* could use as I do a lot of camping in the summer and desert driving in the winter. Do I trade in for another? Not this year. so sad.
Important for me to mention is that before my obsession with the 4X4 I was I was bemoaning the fact I didn't get the CM instead of a DM. I went through a whole thing where I was going to trade it in a few months after I bought. Mind you I had $1800 in the
tonneau cover and like almost $500 in the bedrug. If the salesperson at my dealership wasn't such a jackass, I would be driving a CM today. And I couldn't really have afforded it, either.
Moral of the story? Well, for me, I need to just settle down and find out what I really need. and then maybe do without for a while. I don't know. good luck, man.
