Default Re: Getting the stock NAV to accept DVD output

Well, after numerous attempts to modify the text of the backup screen it looks like something is hanging up the boot process midway through. The map files work fine but on a cold boot the blue line goes half way across the screen (loading indicator), there is a system beep and it starts over again. This is progress, though, because at least I have a DVD-ROM that the nav can actually read, now. I ran out of blank DVD +R DS's from which to make coasters so I'll have to see if the CompUSA that is closing for good has them at a good price.
