I posted a thread many months ago about how to enable the video via the rear camera input. It included pics and links to wiring diagrams. It is pretty easy, a simple toggle switch on the REV line into the NAV. Only issue is the disclaimer text which appears, and I am working on the next mod to enable the rear DVD input while in motion to get around this, but honestly I have been using the rear camera method for months and I don't even notice the disclaimer now. It is also nice to watch the rear camera on demand. So I suggest that you checkout my old thread for a cheap and quick solution in the interim, unless you have $450 to spend and want to try the device posted above. Those over-priced solutions are the reason I keep inventing - just isn't fair for them to gouge people like that.
