to me they are completley different

1-Name plate
2-design of taillights
3-round reflectors
4-hitch built into bumper
5-rear window if less square
6-the space where the side windows meet the rear window
7-wiper placement
8-the whole tail is wider and shorter not square
9-the space where the licence plate mounts is more flush and tapers into the door instead of an insert type look
10-the bumper is not flat anymore and it has a nice angle to it.
