40 -50 based on crank hp #s, not rear wheel #s, I don't have a dyno and don't do the dyno thing so I can only go by crank #s.
Yes with Cats, the company can't legally build something for on-road sale and delete emmision parts.
The cats will be provided with the kit, if you install them or not that is up to the end user but the company has to provide all parts to be smog legal.
The company will supply the cats, it isn't going to supply resisters or relays or in some way to "ILLEGALLY" bypass the emmisions equipment.
So yes they aren't providing something so for you to break the law, they are providing everything you need to still be legal.
This doen't have any stank on it, you just didn't read it right or I didn't explain it well enough for you to get it. Either way, everything is on the up and up.
They will however not waste their time if there is no interest in the end product, if you were a business owner designing and fabing a new product would you???
