I commute 550 miles a week and usually get 36-38 mpg running in stop and go traffic and 75 mph when traffic is moving. I did a test one week to see if going 55 mph with the cruise would make any difference and it went up to 45 mpg.
I have a 2007 Yaris Sedan 5 speed with 36k miles and Mobil 1 oil.
