The Sequioa is yes using an IRS which is great for on road comfort but does not add any extras such as lower load floor or skid pad handling.

I will not argue that that the Sequioa can move 6 or 7 passengers in greater comfort that the LC. However, if 4 or 5 passenger are the case the 200 series wins hand down thanks to to a safer cabin, greater interior cooling/heating, better seat leather and nice touches as lighted AUTO up/down windows on all for doors, power moving second row seats...

While the Sequioa is a very very very nice full size SUV it is CLEARLY not a premium SUV nor should a Sequioa owner dare pull up to folks at the country club who owne vehicles like Range Rovers, LX470/570, Land Cruisers, Mercedes G glass etc...

IMO it is a SHAME that all Sequioa are using the same cheap Tundra grade interior that is spray painted...YES spray painted...CHEAP door panels covered in VINYL which is not even offered on the Tundra grade rediculous arm reach to the NAV system and HVAC controls which are not fully integrated. no design to the interior door panels....Oh yeah I forgot...that terrible gauges cluster has to go.

BTW... I can't believe that the Camry, Highlander, Land Cruiser, Avalon all have keyless start yet the 56k Sequioa still uses a key. Even the Corolla has keyless start.

What is with the rediculous placement of the rear hatch button....safety issue right there.

I am shocked that you didnt exceed the payload rating of 1275lb for the Sequioa. I hope you don't live in Texas...everything is bigger in Texas.

For the needs of hauling 6 or 7 passengers or hauling 10,000 lb trailer by yourself...yes it is...for everything else...mmm NO.

Right...THe sequioa is a full size SUV while the 200 series is a premium SUV....Sequioa appeals to middle class incomes and lifestyle while 200 series is in the upper income level.

Page hate to inform you but I see a lot of Seq In my hood and guess what it's right near Marrietta country club with 1 Million plus homes and who cares to say it midely not a focus point on income period .Why does it seem like buyers in the class care about kepting up with the jones On luxury Suv's.For example i guess Camry owner's are a smart group of people because they didn't but the same Lexus entry level Es 350 for a whole lot more. The way I see your post going it seems like we all need to compromise our lifestyles when Toyota has proudly been Value core vs Luxury like Lexus a division of Toyota Motor sales. I don't know but some feature you discuss at times to be are soo small I wouldn't take notice on.Yes Lexus own Navigation has a Mark levenson Hdd with ac controls all in the system but then again I've noted that for a wile now Toyota is just Budget core right now .
